By this Application, the Applicants/ Petitioners have prayed for stay to the interviews for the post of Executive Engineer (Transmission), which are scheduled for tomorrow i.e. 10th July 2025, which are to be conducted by the Respondent No.5. The Petitioners had appeared for the written examination. Only two (2) Petitioners could qualify the same.

In identical Petition bearing Writ Petition No.4982/2024, before the Nagpur Bench, the process of selection is made subject to result of the said Writ Petition. We pass similar order. Hence the order :

O R D E R

(i) The selection process to the above referred post, which is the subject matter in the Writ Petition shall be subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition.

(ii) The Respondent No.5 shall inform accordingly to all the candidates who are appearing for the interview and also the candidates who would be short listed.

(iii) Civil Application stands disposed of.

List the Writ Petition on due date i.e. on 31st July 2025.
