It is submitted that the School is de-recognised since 2014. In the Writ Petition, prayer is made only to the extent of directing the respondents to submit the salary bills. During the pendency of the petition further order is passed on 21.3.2018, thereby cancelling the registration of the institution. Now, the petitioners seek amendment by challenging the order and more particularly Clauses 28 to 31. 2.

The petitioner will have to deal with the said

ca8699.18 clauses in detail. The petitioner basically seems to be aggrieved by Clause 30 stating that the employees are responsible for closure of the institution. In that event, the petitioner will have to deal with the said aspect in detail.

In view of that we dispose of the writ petition and Civil Application, with liberty to the petitioners to file substantive petition as permissible in law. In that regard, all contentions raised in Writ Petition and Civil Application are kept open.

The Writ petition is disposed of. Civil Application is also disposed of. No costs.
