The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that caste certificate was issued to the petitioner with incorrect spelling of the tribe. The petitioner applied for issuance of corrected tribe certificate on 9th June, 2021. The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner has also surrendered original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling with respondent no.2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for both the respondents. 3.

In case, the petitioner has surrendered original tribe Gajanan

certificate with the incorrect spelling and filed online application with respondent no.2 for issuance of corrected tribe certificate, then respondent no.2 shall have to verify original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling having been issued by his office and thereafter, issue corrected certificate to the petitioner preferably within three

(03) weeks from today.
