Considering the said provision an appeal would lie against an order passed on an application U/O 21 Rule 97 of the C. P. C, Mr. Savale, the learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the revision with liberty to avail appropriate remedy. 3.

The civil revision application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

Interim protection granted by this Court is continued for a period of two (2) weeks from today, so as to enable the petitioner to seek appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. Needless to state on lapse of two weeks the protection granted by this Court shall come to an end.
