This petition was taken on board due to extreme urgency projected on behalf of the petitioner on the ground that there was serious apprehension about Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 proceeding to demolish petrol pump of the petitioner. It is alleged that certain markings were done, which gave rise to such apprehension. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 makes a statement on instructions that no action would be taken in respect of the petrol pump of the petitioner, without issuing notice to the petitioner. This statement sufficiently takes care of the apprehension expressed on behalf of the petitioner.

The petition is disposed of by recording the aforesaid statement made on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.
