The applicant has been directed not to enter the village Borgaon (Kh), Taluka Jalkot, District Latur for a period of one year. The said order was passed on 31.01.2022. The said condition is sought to be relaxed on the ground that his son is mentally challenged, father is to undergo operation and wife is not keeping well.

For these reasons the said condition is relaxed, but the applicant is directed to mark his presence at the concerned police station once a week i.e. on each Sunday by 12.00 noon till next six months.
