"A] This Criminal Writ Petition may kindly be allowed. B] The Affidavit of petitioner and/or their relatives may kindly be dispensed with.

C] By issuing appropriate writ of Certiorari or any other Writ, Order or direction, direction may kindly be given to the respondents No. 2. to constitute the committee and consider the petitioner petition of the petitioner for the premature release as per the rules within stipulated time.

D] Any other fit, proper, and just relief to which the petitioners are entitled to may also be granted."

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he is not pressing prayer seeking direction to constitute the committee. It is submitted that the Petitioner's Application for premature release is filed on 2400402024 and the same has not yet been taken for consideration.

If the Petitioner had filed the Application for his premature release, the same be considered on its own merits as per law by the concerned Authority within a period of six [6] weeks. 4.

Learned APP for Respondent No.1 - State is present. 5.

In view of the above, Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
