DATE : 06/07/2017 PER COURT :- 1] This Contempt Petition is moved because the order, copy of which is at page 12 of the paper book, was not complied with. 2] Thus, it is disobedience to the order and directions of this Court which is alleged in this Contempt Petition. 3] When the Contempt Petition was moved, Mrs.A.V.Gondhalekar, learned AGP produced before us the original order dated 03/07/2017 and a communication of 4/7/2017 both in original informing her that the order is passed by the committee and requesting this Court to apologize for the delay in passing said order.

-24] In view of the fact that the order was to be passed within two weeks from 15/06/2017 and it has been passed on 03/07/2017 we do not think that a case for civil contempt is made out. The Contempt Petition is disposed of.

5] As far as the petitioner is concerned, she will have to challenge the order passed on 03/07/2017 which confirms the order of the competent authority.
