In compliance with the order dated 11.10.2021, the learned Additional Chief Magistrate-1, Nanded has submitted a status report of RCC No.891 of 2004. On perusal of the same, it appears that RCC No.891 of 2004 is at the stage of evidence part heard. The prosecution has examined total six witnesses. The learned Judge has reported that all the prosecution witnesses are examined and it is posted for further hearing today itself.

In view of the same, there is no reason to entertain this writ petition. The criminal writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
