It is submitted that the validation proceedings is pending since the year 2012 and the same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned counsel submits that the vigilance is conducted, however, the copy of vigilance report is not served upon the petitioner.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent No.1. 4.

In case the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No.1, respondent No.1 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law and procedure, preferably within a period of four months from the appearance of the petitioner. 5.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 29th September, 2021.
