This petition challenges the order dated 22nd July, 2015 passed by the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Jalna which includes the name of Respondent No.1 as contesting candidate for elections to the A.P.M.C., Wadigodri, Tq. Ambad, Dist. Jalna. 2.

Rule was issued in this petition on 20th July, 2015. However, at the time of issuing rule, it was clarified that the issuance of rule would not be an impediment for the petitioner to file an election petition, if he feels aggrieved in case Respondent No.1 gets elected. 1 / 2

Mr. Bagal, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 informs me that elections have already taken place in the year 2015 and so the petition has become infructuous. None appears for the petitioner. 4.
