Since the challenge is raised to a showcause notice issued by the Sub-Divisional Engineer, Zilla Parishad, Sub-Division, Parli Vaijnath, it would be open for the petitioner to reply to the said notice and in the event of passing any adverse order against the petitioner, the same can be subjected to challenge in an appropriate proceedings.

2) In view of the above, no interference is called for in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
