Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. Learned Counsel submits that the respondents herein have been guilty of willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 1st of April, 2011, 5th May, 2011 and 2nd of August, 2011. Learned Counsel brought to my notice the relevant orders. On going through the relevant orders and on perusal of the communication dated 16.7.2011, at page no.63 of the paper book, it does not appear to me that any case is made out of willful disobedience. The Contempt Petition is liable to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed.
