This is an application for permission to bring the legal heirs or substitute the name of the applicant-appellant on the ground that during the pendency of the present appeal, the original appellant Shankarrao S/o Maharudrappa Kappikari died on 22.08.2019. The applicant is the sole legal heir of the deceased appellant and right to sue survives. The non-applicant raised no objection. Therefore, the name of the present applicant is substituted by bringing his name as legal heir of deceased appellant on record.
