The present contempt petition is filed alleging that the decision has not been taken within two months as directed by this Court under order dated 11th April, 2018 in Writ Petition No.3636 of 2017. Affidavit is filed by the Collector, Ahmednagar stating that the decision has been taken on 20th September, 2021. In light of that, the orders stand complied with though belatedly. The contempt stands purged. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
