The parties are common in both the appeals. Both the learned Advocates placed on record certified copy of compromise pursis filed in the Court of learned District Judge, Ambajogai in Regular Civil Appeal No.103 of 2012. As per the terms of the compromise, both the parties have decided to withdraw the present appeals. The parties have also produced on record order passed by the learned District Judge-3, Ambajogai dated 02.04.2024 admitting terms of compromise and disposing of the appeal pending before the said Court.
