1) Civil Application No.10774/2016 is filed for listing the matter for final haring at early date. Both the sides are present. As per their convenience, the date is fixed as 24-8-2016. The other civil application, Civil Application No.9965/2016 filed for fixing date is also disposed of.

2) Civil Application No.10776/2016 is filed by the appellants for giving direction to the police to see that order made in the past by this Court to prevent the

2 CA 10774/2016 respondents from making construction is complied with. Learned counsel for the respondent made statement that his client has removed structure in tin sheets which was placed on the metal frame on the first floor and there is no such structure coverage to metal frame which was shown to this Court on the last date. Learned counsel for the applicants is expected to verify the statement. In view of the statement there is no need to making further order. On the application filed for fixing date, the date is given as 24th August 2016. One photo produced by the applicants and three photos produced by learned counsel for the respondents are taken on record.
