Mr. Bora, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No.1 was having qualification of M. Pharm and petitioner No.2 while in service completed M. Pharm. The petitioners having qualification of M. Pharm, are entitled for additional increments. Learned counsel placed reliance on the judgment of Division Bench of this Court in writ petition No.14701 of 207 dated 04.09.2018. Learned counsel submits that even legal notice was issued to the Director and Joint Director of the Higher Education, but no cognizance has been taken.

Learned AGP accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

The petitioner may file comprehensive representation with respondent No.2. The respondent No.2 shall consider the representation filed by the petitioners for grant of additional increment on its own merits and decide the same preferably within three (03) months from the date of filing of the representation. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
