The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, proposal is moved for transfer of the college from Tamsa, Tq. Hadgaon to Bhokar, Tq. Bhokar. The university has also forwarded said proposal by giving its no objection, however, the same is not yet decided by the State, though the university had forwarded it in November 2013.

We have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader also.

In case the proposal forwarded to the State (Exhibit - G page 28) is pending with the respondent No. 1, then the respondent No. 1 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
