Though the application is for various prayers but out of those prayers this Court vide order dated 5th August, 2016, has already allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B ' and 'F' long back. The legal representatives of respondent No.9 despite service of notice failed to appear. The appeal is too old and requires urgent consideration.

In view of the same, the application is now allowed in terms of prayer clause 'D' and 'E' and accordingly disposed of. Pooja K.
