Mr. Rudrawar, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner has given proposal in the year 2009 for sanction of Vth to VIIth standards. The Deputy Director of Education has also forwarded the said proposal to the Government in the year 2013. However, as yet no decision is taken on the same. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, in case the proposal submitted by the petitioner is pending with the Government, then the Government would decide the same, on its own merits.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order. 4.

The respondent No. 1 shall decide the proposal (Exhibit E) submitted by the petitioner, if pending, in accordance with law, policy and the relevant Government Resolution as existing on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today.
