Issue notices to the respondents. Learned A.G.Ps. waive service of notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 in respective Civil Applications.

For the reasons stated in the applications, delay caused in filing the first appeals is condoned,

ca5102-2019+ subject to condition that the applicant shall file written undertaking in respective First Appeal to waive interest and statutory benefits for the period of delay and that the applicant in each application/appeal shall remove the office objections within two weeks form the date of passing of this order. In the event of default on the part of the applicant to remove office objections, the applications shall stand rejected automatically without further reference to this Court. The Civil Applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of.
