Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 30.06.2023 passed below Exhibit-19 by learned District Judge-2, Ambad in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 06 of 2023 whereby the order dated 23.12.2022 passed below Exhibit-5 by learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Ambad in Regular Civil Suit No. 15 of 2021 was set aside thereby allowing the application for Temporary Injunction filed by the plaintiff.

The learned Counsels for both the parties submit that the suit is of the year 2021 and purpose would be served if trial Court is directed to decide the suit within a stipulated period. 4.

Therefore, without going inter se merits of the matter, the petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the suit

As the interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 10.04.2024, the same shall continue till the disposal of the suit. 6.

It is further directed that both the parties shall maintain status quo till the trial Court decides the suit. 7.

All the issues are kept open.
