Petitioner prays for following reliefs :

"A) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to remove the seal put up on the premises of the petitioners and allow the petitioners liquor shop to operate in accordance with law as per the license issued in favour of the petitioners by the competent authorities.

B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to held that, the impugned action of the respondents thereby

{2} wp6280-18 seizing and closing down the petitioners establishment by holding that, the petitioners establishments are situated within the distance of 500 meter from the National Highway and State Highway is void-ab-inito and the same is illegal."

Learned AGP has brought to our notice a judgment delivered by Division Bench of this court (Coram : Justice S.C. Dharmadhikari and Justice Mangesh S. Patil) in writ petition No. 5182 of 2017 on 7th July, 2017.

Both the learned advocates submit that the petition be disposed of in terms of directions issued and observations made by division bench in aforesaid judgment.
