The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the respondents be directed to conduct enquiry in respect of transfers effectuated by the management pursuant to the order dated 18.06.2018.

It appears that, there is dispute amongst the persons managing the institute. The change reports are pending. The petitioner does not claim himself to be President or Secretary. The transfers are effectuated of the employees. The employees those are transferred do not make any grievance. 3.

In the light of that, we are not inclined to pass any orders. If the petitioner so desires, the petitioner may prosecute his
