The applicant is praying for direction to the Acquiring Body to deposit balance 50% of the amount. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the respondent-acquiring body that in pursuance of the earlier order, 50% of the amount along with interest was deposited and that was even disbursed to the applicant.

Considering overall circumstances, I find that it is desirable to direct the respondent-Acquiring Body to deposit balance amount in this Court. 3.

The Civil Application is partly allowed by directing the respondentAcquiring Body to deposit balance amount with accrued interest in this Court within a period of 12 weeks.
