1) We have heard Mr. Deshpande the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs. M. A. Deshpande learned A. G. P.
2 WP7950.06 2) Vide the present petitions the petitioners seek directions against the respondents to maintain the kerosene quota and allocation of kerosene and not to reduce it and to restore the same as was earlier that is in June, 2005. 3) It is submitted by the learned A. G. P. that, allocation of quota of kerosene depends upon various factors such as the population, the receipt of quota etc.
4) With the passage of time even the quotas that were allocated earlier have undergone change. There are orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court regarding distribution of quota.
5) In light of the above, the prayer of the petitioners made at this stage can not be considered. Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs. [ A. I. S. CHEEMA, J. ] [ S. V. GANGAPURWALA, J. ] sam/March. 15
