This is an application for condonation of delay of 20 years and 125 days in preferring an Appeal by the Claimant. 3.
Reason for the delay is that the Applicant is poor and due to financial constraints, he could not approached this Court at an earlier point of time. The reliance is placed by the learned Advocate for the Applicant on the order dated 18.04.2025 in CA/1916/2020 in FA/ST/27274/2018 and order dated 30.03.2023 in CA/12072/2018 in FA/ST/23018/2018, wherein the delay of about 25 years and 125 days respectively is condoned by this Court.

The Applicant is ready to waive the interest and statutory
2 of 2 928-CA.6329.2019 benefits for the said delayed period. Hence, the following order:- (i).
The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii). The Applicant shall not be entitled to the interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. The undertaking be furnished by the Applicant in that regard.
(iii). Copy of this order be enclosed to the order-sheet of the Appeal.
(iv). Application is allowed and disposed of. (v). The offices to register the appeal on removal of office objections.
