Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition.

Learned counsel for the University submits that pursuant to the order dated 01/08/2016, respondent No.6, is presently working as a Principal and the Vice Chancellor of respondent No.3/University has granted approval to her appointment, subject to the result in Appeal BAMU No.06/2016 in which respondent No.6, has challenged her termination.

Respondent No.7, submits that he is party to the Appeal No.06/2016 and he will file the affidavit-in-reply in the said Appeal by Monday, the 4th of July, 2017.

Considering the above and by recording the statements made, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn on instructions. 5.

Needless to state, respondent No.6, would be at liberty to prosecute her Appeal No.06/2016, as well as the application for interim interim relief / stay filed by her. It is expected that the University Tribunal would decide the application for stay, expeditiously.
