I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The Hon'ble Minister has seized with the matter. It is informed that on 17.2.2021 respondent No.1 herein Eknath has appeared in the said revision and sought time. Though learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Hon'ble Minister has not given the next date, learned A.G.P. however, on instructions, submits that due to re-outbreak of COVID situation, presently the Hon'ble Minister has not given the next date and after the normalcy is restored, the Hon'ble Minister would keep the matter for hearing after giving notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has insisted for interim relief. However, it appears that the petitioner has filed an application seeking interim relief before the Hon'ble Minister. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue the said application and the Hon'ble Minister may consider the same on its own merits.
