This Civil Application is filed for bring on record the alias of deceased/respondent No.4. Babasaheb S/o. Rambhau @ Rama Bhadagale. It is specifically averred that respondent No.4 died on 03.05.2020. Even mutation entries are taken in the name of his legal heirs who are shown as heirs respondent No.4.

In the present case, there is delay of 1038 days in filing civil application. For the reasons stated in the

22-CA-9357-23 application, delay stands condoned. The Civil Application is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the title clause of application within two weeks from today. 4.

The Civil Application stands disposed off.

Place the writ petition for admission after four weeks.

6.

Interim relief, if any, to continue till the next date.
