In Criminal Application No. 3407 of 2017, steps have not been taken to serve respondent nos. 13 to 17, as their address is different. Hence, this application is rejected. 3.

Criminal Application No. 4376 of 2017 is filed by the State of Maharashtra seeking condonation of delay caused in filing an application for seeking leave to file an appeal. Respondent nos. 5, 6 and 10 are returned unserved as they are presently detained in Nashik Road Central Jail, Nashik. Respondent No. 8 is unserved for want of time. As per Police report, notice is served on respondent no. 7. 4.

As such, in Criminal Application No. 4376 of 2017, issue notice to respondent nos. 5, 6 and 10, to be served through the Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Jail, Nashik, returnable on 07.01.2021. Similarly, notice be issued to respondent no. 8, returnable on 07.01.2021.
