1] This Review Application seeks review of the order passed by this Court on 11th July, 2013 in Civil Revision Application No.102/2010.

2] When the matter is called out for hearing in the morning session, none appeared for the review applicants. Even in the afternoon session, none appears for the review applicants.

3] Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.3 to 7 submits that, tenure

195.2013 RA.odt for which the applicants were appointed by the Chief Executive Officer was of three years. The Wakf Tribunal allowed the Appeal filed by the respondents. While rejecting the Civil Revision Application filed by the applicants, the order passed by the Wakf Tribunal was confirmed, meaning thereby the Chief Executive Officer was not empowered to appoint Mutawalli. The period for which the applicants were appointed by the Chief Executive Officer that itself was for three years from the date of their appointments. In my opinion, adjudication of this Review Application would be exercise in futility and otherwise also there is no ground to review the order under review. Hence, the Application stands rejected.
