Petitioners have presented instant petition claiming a sum of Rs.One lakh each under the Farmers' Personal Accident Insurance Scheme. Petitioners claim the amount on account of demise of the breadwinner in the family who had a coverage under the Social Security Scheme adopted by the State Government. In pursuance to the directions issued by this Court on 24th April, 2015, the Insurance Company has deposited a sum of Rs.Six lakhs in this Court.
Learned Counsel for petitioners, on instructions, states that grievance raised by petitioners, in the instant petition, would be redressed if they are permitted to withdraw the amount
{2} wp808214.odt deposited by the Insurance Company towards full and final satisfaction of their claim.
Learned Counsel for the Insurance Company has no serious objection for disposal of the petition in accordance with the statement made by petitioners.
In view of above, each of the petitioners herein shall be permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.One lakh totally amounting to Rs.Six lakhs, deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court, unconditionally towards full and final settlement of their claim.
