Learned counsel for the petitioner tenders across photocopy of communication dated 30-06-2019 addressed to him and in view of the same, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty that so far as consequential, ancilliary and incidental reliefs are concerned, it would be open for him, if the occasion arises, to make a proper approach.

Looking at the prayer clauses under the writ petition, it appears that same are directed against cancellation of appointment of petitioner.
