Legal heirs of deceased Respondent Nos.11-Gangabai K. Kadam are duly served with notice. They are absent today. Their absence indicates that they have no information about the civil application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the Applicants are satisfactorily explained the delay caused in filing application to bring legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.11 on record.

Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Issue notice to the newly added Respondents, returnable on 17th June 2025.

WRIT PETITION NO. 2384 OF 2024:- 5.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.10, on instructions makes a statement that Respondent No.10 is dead. Learned Advocate for the Petitioners has already filed pursis on record indicating that legal heirs of Respondent No.10 i.e. Respondent Nos.8 and 9 were already on record. He, therefore, seeks deletion of the name of Respondent No.10 from the array of Respondents. 6.

By consent of both sides, petition shall be heard finally at the stage of admission.
