The learned counsel for the appellant submits that although he filed Civil Application No.7119 of 2025 seeking substitution of the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.7, now he submits that the respondent No.7 was father of the appellant/applicant and the LR's would only be formal parties. In view of this, he does not want to press the instant Civil Application and prays for withdrawal of the application. 2.

In view of this, the Civil Application is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

The Second Appeal be listed for admission on 04.08.2025. 4.
