Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working as a Wasti Shala Teacher. The petitioner is required to be absorbed as a Para Teacher / Assistant Teacher. Representation has been given on 14.07.2015, the same is not yet decided.

Mrs. Kshirsagar, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 to 5 submits that in case such a representation is pending, the authority will decide it in accordance with law.

In case the representation (Exhibit - E, Page No. - 20) is pending with the authority, then the authority shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months from today.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
