By the present petition, the petitioner - husband challenges the order dated 1st August, 2014, passed by Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Parbhani, below Exh.10, in Hindu Marriage Petition No.3 of 2014, thereby directing him to pay Rs.1,000/- per month, towards interim maintenance and Rs.1,500/- towards expenses.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent informs that the main proceedings, bearing Hindu Marriage Petition No.3 of 2014, are decided by judgment dated 5th June, 2015.

In view of above, in my opinion, no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping the present petition pending, as the interim order has already merged in the final order. Thus, the petition stands disposed of.

The petitioner has deposited amount, in compliance with the order of this Court and the Court below, which is permitted to be withdrawn by thee respondent - wife.
