The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has joined at Latur, however, the Respondents have not paid arrears towards the salary. The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 7 and 8, on instructions, submits that, the Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 will verify the record and if the salary is not disbursed for earlier period, upon verification of record, same will be disbursed within three months from today.
