Heard.

2.

The petitioner made complaint regarding mismanagement of respondent no.7-Education Society, but the Director of Education has not paid any heed to his complaint. On 21.01.2015, we directed the respondents to submit reply, so that we would know whether any action is initiated pursuant to the complaint filed by the petitioner. Today, an affidavit has come on record indicating that the Director of Education has refused to take action for reasons mentioned in the affidavit. We are not here to examine whether the reasons mentioned are proper or not. The action depended on subjective satisfaction of the Director of Education. Without going into

2 WP 6667/13 merits of the case, we would dispose of the petition giving opportunity to the petitioner to make further complaint, if any to the Director.

3.

In addition to this, the petitioner is given liberty to make representation in respect of the allegations made in page no.9, paragraph no.6 of the petition to the authorities who would look into it and pass appropriate order within four weeks, which runs as under:- "It is pertinent to note that, while conducting school inspection it was endorsed on the muster by the respondent no.5 that the appointments of Mrs. Jadhavar and Mundhe were against the policy of the reservation. Their appointments were against the backlog. The copy of endorsement of the muster is produced herewith and marked at EXHIBIT-'H'. Inspite of that, their appointments were approved. These are the illegalities committed on the face of the record."

4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
