The application is for bringing legal representatives of deceased applicant No.2 - Vijay Rambhau Suryawanshi, who is the original respondent in the main appeal. One of his sons namely Samar has also died. Vijay has died on 15.05.2017 whereas Samar died on 09.03.2020. The applicants are the legal representatives of the aforesaid deceased persons. Moreover, there appears delay of 1815 days. However, considering the right of the applicant and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A' and 'B'.
