1] The learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application, with liberty to avail appropriate remedy of filing application for discharge.

2] Leave granted. The application is dismissed, with liberty as prayed for.

3] We make it clear that in case the trial Court has already framed the charge,

In case the charge is not yet framed, the applicant shall file application within two weeks from today. Liberty granted today to the applicant will be available only for two weeks from today.

4] In case such application is filed within two weeks from today, the concerned Court should make endeavour to dispose of the application, as expeditiously as possible, however, within 4 weeks from the date of filing of such application.
