Learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial is now commenced. Learned counsel however requested that the case is of the year 2012 and therefore necessary directions may be given to the trial court for expeditious disposal of the case. 4.

In view of the above submissions, since the trial is commenced, we direct the learned Judge of the trial court to dispose of the case
