All these applications are filed by the respective applicants - claimants for withdrawal of amount of compensation which is deposited by the Acquiring Body. As per order dtd.03.12.2019 such amounts are already permitted to be withdrawn by the concerned claimants in earlier similar applications.

In view of the above, all these applicants are allowed to withdraw 70 % of the respective amounts deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertakings to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Remaining amounts be invested in F.D.R. respectively in any Nationalized Bank till final decision of the appeal with yearly periodical renewal.

All the applications stand disposed of.
