Present Petition has been filed for extending the benefits to the petitioners under the Maharashtra Civil Services (Pension) Rules 1982 and Maharashtra Civil Services (Commutation of Pension) Rules, 1984 and General Provident Fund Scheme and not to enforce the New Pension Scheme to the petitioners. 2.
Heard learned Advocate Mr. Solanke for the petitioners. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Learned Advocate Ms. Manjushri Narwade waives notice for respondent No.4.

It appears that on 27th July 2024 petitioner No.1 has addressed representation to Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Rahata, and on 30th July 2024 petitioner No.2 has
addressed representation to Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Shrirampur, and the said representations are stated to be pending. In fact those should have been referred to respondent No.4. Under such circumstance, we direct that respondent No.4 should call for the said representations of the petitioners. We also give liberty to both the petitioners to file independent representations to respondent No.4 within a period of one week and thereafter respondent No.4 to decide the representations of both the petitioners, on or before 15th December 2025. 4.
With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
