Heard learned counsel for both sides.

This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the insurance company in this Court.

Learned counsel for the insurance company opposed the application and payment of entire amount of compensation to the applicant.

For the reasons stated in the application, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50 per cent of the amount of compensation on undertaking that in case adverse orders are passed in appeal, he will re-deposit the said amount in this Court
