After this Court had passed a speaking order on 11/11/2019, the learned Advocate for the petitioner moved a motion at 10.30 a.m. stating that though the returnable date is 07/01/2020, the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition. Hence, this matter was taken on the production board.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner places on record a hand written communication (original) dated 16/11/2019 addressed to the learned Advocate by the petitioner which is marked as 'X' for identifcation.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been assured of a compromise by the respondents and in view of such assurance, the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition. The learned Advocate for respondent No.1 has no objection.
