The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed application on 03.09.2010 for grant of Video Game Parlor licence. The respondents had sought for some documents. The same have been applied on 12.01.2011. However, the application is not yet decided. 2.

We have heard learned A.G.P. for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case, the application of the petitioner (Exhibit 'B') is pending with the Respondent No. 2, then Respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon the said application and pass orders in accordance with law and policy, preferably within four (04) months from today. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
