In this case already the matter is settled before the National Lok Adalat on 08-07-2017. The order of National Lok Adalat is also on record.

The amount of Rs.1,45,959/- is deposited on 30-042019. Remaining amount towards rent was Rs.45,096/- came to be deposited on 29-06-2022. Thus, now total amount Rs.1,91,055/- is deposited. The application is therefore filed for

Since the matter is already settled in the National Lok Adalat, this application needs to be allowed. The application, is thus allowed.
